I hired Lee Metal Works to complete a furnace maintenance. We purchased the home a year ago and have not performed any updates to the heating system. It was over due! Heath was the technician that came out to the house. I was home alone painting when he arrived. Heath was very courteous and respectful with me. He was detailed and explained what he found in easy to understand terms. He found some issues with my furnace that needed attention today and recommended to get some items replaced eventually.
